WOW Time Flies!

Hello Bloggers!  I cannot believe how time has flown since the first of the year.  Real Estate in Boca Grande has been really busy and we have tons of visitors on the island enjoying the perfect weather.  I just sent out my latest edition of my newsletter for you to see all that has been happening - it's hard to keep up with it!  There are some fantastic new listings and I am very excited to report that the estate on 35th Street just CLOSED for $10.5 million!

That sale is the second large transaction to happen in just a few short months. 677 Boca Bay Drive in Boca Bay sold for $8,400,000.

New to the market is another fabulous Grande Bay home with 5 bedrooms, located at 695 Boca Bay Drive (listed for $6,450,000). In the Isles, a luxurious 4 bedroom home was listed this week at 1674 Jose Gaspar Drive (list price $3,250,000). At the north end, 16250 Sunset Pines Circle is a great option with a pool and a view of Lake Gasparilla (list price $2,350,000). If you want to stay close to town, the new listing at 1141 11th Street West is a nice option with a guest house and a swimming pool, and is only a few hundred yards from the beach with no roads to cross (listed at $1,695,000). In Boca Bay, a quiet single family home was just listed on Sheep Shank Court for $1,345,000. It is the only location with a hot tub on the open circular deck.
