We are only in Week #7 of the New Year, and already our Boca Grande office has contracted on over $23,000,000 in real estate! In 2009, our total sales were just short of $26,000,000, which means 2010 is building up to be one heck of a comeback year for sales here on the island. While it is still a buyer's market, many of the “best deals” have already gone under contract. There are 137 active listings on the MLS for Gasparilla Island, which is up from an average of 126 last year. Seems the island has noticed the uptick in sales and more sellers are entering the market.
